Using Yim Studio

You must be 18 or older. Use your own email and keep your password private. Each account is for one person. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.

By creating an account or using Yim Studio, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.

Your first purchase is THB 390 for 15 photo credits. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Other credit options show their price before payment. Credits are added after payment confirmation. A checkout return page alone is not proof of payment.

One credit pays for one completed photo or paid likeness check. A free likeness check, when available, is separate from paid credits. Failed generation or failed quality checks return that photo credit. Credits stay with your account, do not expire under the current policy and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

When the free offer is available, you can run one free likeness check without creating an account first and receive a watermarked result. We limit free checks per browser and connection. Create an account afterwards to keep your result and buy your photo set; your photos and result move into that account. Technical failures allow at most two attempts in total; an unsuitable upload does not use the allowance. Reporting or rejecting a delivered result does not grant another free likeness check.

Further likeness checks cost 1 credit each, including after changing your reference photo. You keep the finished paid result even if you do not approve its likeness. Disliking or reporting a successfully delivered result does not automatically return the credit. Technical generation failures return the credit. Once you approve your likeness check result, packs use the same selected original reference photo. Existing rights from an earlier paid purchase are preserved.

You can try another shot direction using your saved reference photos. If the available references cannot support another likeness check, replace your photos or contact us. Replacing your collection requires a new approval and keeps your existing results and credits. AI results vary; perfect likeness is not guaranteed.

Customize creates one new version of a finished photo for 1 credit and keeps the original. If an edit fails, its credit is returned. Describe the visual change you want; exact results may vary.

Upload only photos of yourself that you have the right to use. Do not upload minors, other people, illegal material or content intended to deceive or harm someone.

You keep ownership of your uploads. With your photo-processing consent, Yim Studio and the providers named in the Privacy Notice may store, analyse, crop and process them to create and check your portraits. Your face data is not used to identify you in unrelated services.

You choose when to generate photos. Payment alone does not start portrait generation. Timing depends on the queue, your photos and provider availability.

You can use your delivered photos personally or commercially, subject to applicable rights and these terms. Review them before use; AI can change details. Do not use generated photos as identity documents or misleading evidence. Download results before the expiry date shown in your gallery, normally within 30 days.

If a delivered photo is visibly incorrect or unlike you, your first purchase includes one review and replacement request. Use the email link under the photo, or email info@yimstudio.co from your account address.

Credit returns and payment refunds are different. Technical failures of paid generations return the credit charged. A successfully delivered paid likeness check costs one credit even when you reject it. A free likeness check never consumes a photo credit. For a payment problem, duplicate charge or refund request, email us with your order reference. We investigate each request; these terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Do not pay again while a previous payment is being checked.

Photos are private by default. We do not use them in public marketing without separate permission. Read the Privacy Notice for processing, providers and retention.

You can request account deletion from Account. Deletion removes access to your photos and unused credits and cannot be undone. Limited payment and security records may be retained where required.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest date appears above. Material changes will be communicated, and will not retroactively remove rights from a paid purchase. Contact info@yimstudio.co with questions.
