The rules for buying and using Yim Studio

By creating an account, submitting intake, uploading photos, buying credits, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not upload photos or ask the service to process face data.

Yim Studio is the service name. During this limited launch, final legal-operator details are still being completed and Yim Studio does not offer tax invoices at this stage. Contact the service operator at info@yimstudio.co.

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the security of your email, sign-in links, and account activity and must tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

At launch, each account supports one active private face reference. Changing the depicted person may replace the old reference when that feature is available. We will show the effect before confirming an irreversible replacement.

The current ฿490 base offer includes your first private photo setup and 15 photo credits. One photo credit is used for each photo delivered to your gallery. If generation fails or a result is rejected by our quality checks, the credit is returned automatically. Any top-up price, currency, tax or fee (if applicable), and the binding total are shown before payment confirmation.

Credits belong to the account that receives them. They are non-transferable, cannot be sold or redeemed, and have no cash value. Credits do not expire under the current product configuration. If that policy changes, we will give clear advance notice and will not shorten existing rights contrary to law.

The available payment methods are those actually shown at checkout, such as a direct KBank QR/bank transfer or PromptPay/card through Stripe when enabled. For a direct transfer, uploading a slip is only a request for review and does not confirm payment. A paid order exists only after we verify the transfer against the receiving bank account or the enabled payment provider confirms success.

Yim Studio ordinarily prepares one private face reference: a minimised crop from the clearest consented upload. It uses that reference to generate new portraits in your selected style. In this service, likeness means preserving the same person's facial identity, approximate age, skin tone, hairline, and important facial characteristics.

A person-specific trained identity model (LoRA) is used only for legacy accounts whose prior consent covers that processing, or after separate notice and consent if it is enabled as a fallback.

A source photo is not an instruction to copy its clothing, amount of body coverage (including a shirtless source), bedroom or other background, pose, selfie angle, crop, lighting, or composition. The service should create new wardrobe, scenes, poses, and compositions for the selected style while preserving the same face.

Automated identity-quality checks help screen results, but AI generation is variable and cannot guarantee perfect likeness in every photo.

You keep your rights in source photos and other original content. You confirm that you are the person depicted or that you have the rights and explicit consent needed to upload and use that person's face. You must not upload a minor's photo.

You grant Yim Studio and the processors named in the Privacy Notice a non-exclusive licence, limited to what is necessary, to store, resize, analyse, prepare and retain a private face reference, generate, quality-check, deliver, troubleshoot, and act on your instructions. Legacy model training is included only where covered by separate consent. That licence ends when the data is deleted, except where retention is required by law or to complete a request made before deletion.

Subject to applicable law and model-provider terms, you may use delivered outputs for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for the claims, advertising, AI disclosure, and context in which you use them.

Outputs are AI-generated and may share general styles or elements with other works. We do not promise that an output is copyrightable, exclusive, registrable as a trademark, or free of every third-party right in every country. Review each output before publication, especially in advertising, health, finance, law, news, or another context where an image could mislead.

Do not use the service or outputs for unlawful, rights-infringing, or harmful activity, including:

• uploading or generating another person's face without the required rights and consent;
• content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, or abuse;
• deceptive impersonation, fraud, fabricated evidence, misleading political or news content, or harmful deepfakes;
• harassment, threats, defamation, discrimination, or infringement of privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights;
• identification, biometric surveillance, a face database, or unauthorised training of another model;
• attempting to bypass security, rate limits, policy checks, credits, or access controls, or accessing another person's account, model, or results.

For a paid order, processing starts after payment confirmation and photo checks. Ordinarily, AI processing finishes before downloads open on the site; timing varies with queue and quality checks. Actual timing may be longer because of queues, source-photo quality, safety review, or an external-provider incident. Displayed timing is a target, not a fixed delivery guarantee.

Results appear in the account area or a delivery link selected by the service. You are responsible for downloading and keeping any results you need before deleting the account or data.

Quality support follows this policy: one visibly incorrect or poor-likeness result from the first purchase may be submitted once for manual review and replacement; this is not unlimited editing or human retouching. A quality review is not an automatic promise of a cash refund.

If a generation fails before a deliverable result, the service restores the credit automatically where possible or support will review it for credit restoration. If we cannot prepare the paid photo setup, grant purchased credits, or deliver the core purchased service, you may ask us to correct the issue, restore credits, or review a refund for the undelivered part.

A request based only on subjective preference after a conforming output is delivered is reviewed on its facts. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory refund, remedy, or consumer right. Contact info@yimstudio.co with the account email and order identifier so we can investigate.

We may perform maintenance, fix defects, manage queues, change providers, or disable an unsafe feature. We will take reasonable steps to limit the effect on paid orders and communicate a material incident where practical. If a change prevents delivery of a purchased service, the remedies in section 9 apply.

We may refuse a job, suspend an account, or end access where we reasonably believe these terms, law, or another person's rights were breached, or where there is a security or fraud risk. We will give a reason and a review channel where law and safety permit. Suspension does not remove any mandatory legal remedy.

You may request account and data deletion through the account tools when available or by emailing info@yimstudio.co. Deletion removes Yim-controlled data as described in the Privacy Notice, but legally required transaction evidence may remain in restricted form, and deletion from FAL or another external provider is subject to that provider's available tools and commitments.

Account deletion is irreversible and can make the model, credits, and results unavailable. Deleting an account alone does not create a refund right for unused credits, except where law requires one or the purchased service was not deliverable.

We provide the service with reasonable care, but AI and external providers may produce errors, queues, or outages. Review outputs before important use and keep copies of data you need.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by unlawful output use, your breach of these terms, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location. If there is a problem, contact info@yimstudio.co first so we can investigate and propose a remedy. Contacting us does not waive your right to complain to a regulator, use a consumer-protection process, or bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction.

We may update these terms when the service, pricing, or law changes. The current date appears above. A material change will not be applied retroactively to reduce rights in a paid order unless law requires it, and we will give notice through the site, account, or email as appropriate.
